60% PAY COMMISSION ARREARS FOR CG EMPLOYEES IN SEPTEMBER 2009

The Cabinet is expected to approve the GDS Committee proposals any time and the announcement is expected soon.
The leaders of Confederation had interacted with the Finance Secretary on the issue of payment of 60% balance arrears of pay commission - We were told that the payment will be ordered only in the month of September 2009 when one year period will be completed from payment of 40% arrears last year. Though funds have been alloted in the Budget, the payment orders will be only next month.

Respected Sir, on an informal discussion in Kolkata you assured that - we will achieve a Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- on 1st promotion (TBOP). Please enlighten on that. Moreover, since long, no news regarding regularization of System Application is there. Please consider that seriously as we already are in a process to migrate to CBS comprising establishment of DC,DSR etc. Regards.
comrade prasitkumar - greetings - the achievement of 4200 Grade Pay to our 1st Promotion is possible only if we could win our demand of cadre restructuring conceded by the Government - after discussion with the Secretary Department of Posts on 24th July 2009, the cadre restructuring proposals by us are being looked into by the Member [P] - many other departments are discussing proposals for cadre restructuring seriously with their respective departments - i hope you might have noted the discussion we had with the Member [D] on system administrators - Regards

Dear Comrade - Today we met the DDG Establishment and ascertained that the release of Modified ACP Orders may take another week time. A particular issue regarding the inclusion of MMS Drivers in the Modified ACP Orders has been referred to the DOPT and the Orders will be released on getting back the file from DOPT. Regards

I HAVE COMPLETED MY SERVICE FOR 20 YEARS IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2008, MY PRESENT GRADE PAY IS Rs 2800 ACCORDING TO NEW MACP, WHAT CAN I GET {GRADE PAY OF RS 4200 OR ONLY ONE INCREMENT IS GIVEN?}
Dear Comrade srinivasa rao - though you have completed 20 years of regular service in June 2008, you will get your second ACP with 4200/- Grade Pay as well as one increment also w.e.f.. 1.9.2008 viz., the date of effect given to the Modified ACP Scheme - Regards

All most all LSG APM(A/Cs)posts are lying vacant. Whether all the posts will be filled up by the PO/RMS accountant or other wise. Why delay in process?
