Sir,
I have seen the charter of demands mentioned in the web site. Our age-old probelm of higher pay scale to TBOP cadre is not mentioned in the 'charter of demands'. Kindly mention this item in the charter of demands and try to fix 4200/- grade pay for TBOP cadre. It is came to know that finance department has given apporval for grant of Rs.4600/- grade pay to Inspector Posts. Why not we? we fight for better pay i.e Rs.4200/- grate pay for TBOP cadre. It is also requested sir kindly put on the web site about the proposed 'cadre restructing scheme' to know the facts.

After lots of words of hope, no consideration for the poor system fellows. Alas... Now it is a right time to perform work to rule as PA by the system fellowes untill any concrete line of action for rationalisation is fixed up.

Dear comrade,

Include the RTP service as one of the major demands in this charter of demands. Ex-RTPs lost their five to ten years of service and related benefits & promotions. Please take this up an issue in the charter of demands. If not, the Ex-RTPs may not co-operate in the forthcoming indefanite strike.

Comrade,
No explicit mention about System Manager / System Administrators. Many phones calls are been received today itself enquiring me about what happened to the demand. I wish it should find a place in the charter

Dear Comrade Senthil - the issue of System Administrators is covered in the Cadre Restructuring demand - The Cadre Restructuring proposals are already been submitted to the department by the P3 CHQ [as published in Bhartiya Post] and endorsed by the NFPE. The issue will be given full importance during the negotiations with the department.

Dear Comrades - Various comments and emails are coming to NFPE that the problem of TBOP / systam Administrators / PO&RMS Accountants / RTPs etc are not finding a place in the Charter of Demands. We assure all that all such demands are already in the Sectional Charter of March 2008 and the demand for implementation of March 2008 Sectional Charter of Demands covers all those problems. We will publish the entire list of demands including sub-headings under each main item after the finalisation of Charter of Demands with the suggestions from members. Please do not worry as we will not omit any demand of any section. Please wait for our further blog to appear on the full Charter and full strike tour programme etc shortly - Regards to all.
